Making an Application

The sixth form has an online application form.

  • To complete this form, applicants must first register to create an account using the student’s email address. It’s essential that the account is created in the applicant’s name, not the parent or        caregiver, and that the login details are saved. Parents or caregivers will have the chance to add their own email address later. We always send communications to both students and parents/caregivers email addresses.
     
  • When providing contact details, please double check information provided,  particularly email      addresses as this is how we will be communicating with you (we do not recommend that you use your school email) as access to this to may be restricted during the summer holiday.
     
  • We ask that you also provide a parent email address that is different from the applicant’s email.
     
  • Please ensure that the box for communicating with parents is also completed.  If this is ticked, all emails are sent to both applicant and parents.
     
  • External Students— For the school reference email, we recommend listing the Head of Year 11 as the referee. Please double-check that the email address is accurate, as we cannot process your  application without a completed reference.  Once the application form is completed, a reference  request will automatically be sent.
     
  • Our online application system allows us to maintain regular contact, keep you informed on the   progress of your application and, if an offer is made, to invite you to our Induction Day.
     
  • All external offers are subject to a satisfactory school reference.  All internal offers are subject to a satisfactory transition interview.
